- Receive Client Approval Notice from Radyn, containing:
- Preliminary coordination data
- Warning and waiver summary, including:
- Possible ground elevation inaccuracies
- Potential TOWAIR issues for antenna structures
- Category B antenna usage warning
- Site information mismatches with existing call sign or ASR data
- Possible constraints due to nearby in-band installations
- Geostationary orbit warning status
- Use of 30 MHz channels in Upper 6 GHz frequency band waiver status
- Conditional Authorization status summary
- Quiet Zone issues
- Border Proximity issues
- Waiver requirements
- Usage of special 23 GHz frequencies
- Send approval for Prior Coordination release
- Radyn releases Prior Coordination Notice (PCN) to affected owners or designated protection agents
- Regular, 30-day notice
- Expedited, 15-day notice
- Radyn processes PCN responses and resolves any outstanding issues within PCN response period
- Radyn provides Supplemental Showing and any other documentation needed for application submission
